Who We Are?

KP Finances offers first charge regulated mortgage contracts (residential), Buy to Let and Consumer Buy to Let mortgages from a comprehensive range of lenders across the market available to intermediaries. For protection we offer products based on a fair and personal analysis and for home insurance we offer products based on an analysis of a number of insurers.

Our experts are fully CeMAP qualified mortgage advisers with an industry experience of over 10 years. We are widely known for helping clients realise their ambitions towards purchasing their first homes; thereby moving on to residential investments (buy to let properties) and building their portfolio.

What We Do?

We understand what it takes to go through the full mortgage process so we offer free initial mortgage consultation over the phone and in our office on a one to one basis. We are here aiming to build long term relations; you will have a dedicated mortgage and insurance financial adviser for life.

Service Response time and flexibility

We aim to return your call, answer all your queries within 24 hours. You can meet us in our office; contact us anytime from morning 9am to evening 9pm. On request, our consultant can even visit you at your home to discuss your goals and objectives. Depending on the distance, we charge a fee for home visit.
